See possibilities for replicating similar projects in your own community.

ABOUT THE PANEL PRESENTERS

The panelists are people from our local community who are doing extraordinary things.  They will share the spark that ignited their project idea and the tools and strategies they used to turn it into action. 

The projects range from a group of neighbors who worked to calm traffic around their neighborhood park to an interactive website that maps the neighborhood edible gardens.  All of the projects are non-profit or volunteer-driven, use existing resources to create a more vibrant community, and could be replicated in neighborhoods throughout Portland.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
