Community Building Tool Packets
The Community Building Tool Packets are a free community resource. Community Outreach has been working in neighborhoods and communities since 2002. Over the course of our work, we have changed, modified, and enhanced our efforts based on the feedback from community. We share the lessons we have learned and give away the community building tools and strategies that we use to inspire and support the efforts of others.
The Tool Packets are like a tool chest. You may take from them whatever works best for achieving your own neighborhood or community goals. They are to be used for non-profit or volunteer-driven efforts. If there is a packet you would like to use or modify, simply remove our name from the document and make it your own.
Community Outreach provides free consultation and brainstorming sessions to individuals or groups working to make a positive difference. If you have questions about these Tool Packets and how you can use them to move your idea into action, call us at 503.546.7499 or fill out the Consultation and Brainstorm Request form.
